Hello,wow i am so surprised to see the “white house” up for sale. Now are there any restrictions on conditions attached to the sale of this property? Does this property not have some sort of historical value? I love the architectural personality of that house.Its like,crying out for attention.
We have 4.3 hectares on Samal Island in Barangay Aumbay that i would trade for this property if seller is interested.I comes with it’s own cave and a small rest home with a good caretaker.Just let me know.

Hi Francis – Sorry, you misunderstood. The article says the property is “near the White House.” It is right across the road, in fact, with a beautiful view of the White House. If you buy the property advertised, you don’t get the White House, but you do get to look at it every day!
There are no restrictions on that!
